Man that sucks. Sounds like they're trying to rip you off especially if they saw the car in it's current form before they gave you the original quote.

Assateague all the way! As stated, if you get the pass to drive onto the beach you can drive one there, grill, build a fire... Also, you can take dogs there year round which is definitely a plus since most beaches don't allow dogs during beach hours in the Sumer season. Here is a video from one of my trips there a few years back when I had the 2nd gen.

Well I was going to fish but the rain has the river washed out for awhile. Heading out to shoot a 3d archery course before it rains, then who knows.

What about you? Were you going to Green Ridge?

Was gonna head out to sleepy creek but kids sleepover ran over late today and wife is advising against getting caught in a thunder storm. Plus my son needs a haircut and wanted to see a movie with me since i have been gone lately. So dad time today maybe get out another day if weather holds but we will see.

You can get the annual pass to drive onto the beach at the ranger station on the right as soon as you enter the entrance of the park. I think it starts at $100 for the year. They limit how many vehicles can get onto the sand to 150 so it doesn't get too bad out there and later in the afternoon there are even less people. Just stay away from there during holiday weekends because it's crazy packed I made that mistake once and never again. They have a area to air up and down before you get onto the sand so you don't have to worry about taking air with you.

Where is there a archery range in Leesburg if you don't mind me asking. Haven't taken the bow out in a while but I used to go to Bull Run Park but since that range is indoors and small it got old real fast and not motivating to go to.
