Heard he got married, but his wife turned out to be a dude. He didn’t find out until the honeymoon. “She” was bigger than he was. He was too ashamed to tell the world what happened so he moved away and is now living with a clan of nomadic sheep herders in Russia.

Turns out sheep heading isn't as thrilling of a life as you would think. And I had to come back for my truck. Couldn't let "her" have it.

Deductive reasoning would say if both went out already either they where pressed in too tight/loose or cock-eyed. I'd check the hubs to make sure they're not distorted, egg shaped with mic then try again. Just my $.02 worth.

Unfortunately to check that requires me to have a shop press, which I don't or even have access to. Every bit of work I did on the truck is still good. All ball joints are still good and bolts/nuts tight, starting rack bolts and bushings still good, tie rods still good. It's only the bearings allowing the hub to move in the spindle and that was the one thing I couldn't do myself and had to take to someone. $450 in bearings and install gone. And I can guarantee the SOB who installed them isn't going to own up to it and the ebay seller won't warranty the parts, so I'm gonna have to just eat it

I went through 3 sets of front wheel bearings in my 04. First set lasted maybe 20mins down the road then exploded and ate up a cv and the spindle. Replaced spindle and both bearings lasted couple weeks that time. I had a shop do them the 3rd time along with a new steering rack. They were going out again a month later so I sold the damn thing and bought my 2013. Never could figure it out.

I was tired of throwing money at it and it had numerous other problems at the time. Truck was a turd the whole time I owned it. Sold it, my motorcycle, and a quad and put a down payment on the shiny new 2nd gen I had always wanted.
