    Kicker is the rate is from about 70 years ago, so the houses that have it are old. This house was completely remodeled before we bought it, but in such a way that it didn't violate the rate agreement. There are a lot of regulations on wiring and stuff, or Duke can rescind the rate. The number of houses that have this rate are dwindling.
