Just purchased a TR24 and need a something to mount it to my m4. Can anyone make any recommendations? Links very helpful. Its hard for me to justify $220 on the Larue. Thanks in advance!

Larue Tactical is the best! Placed 6th in South Carolina's Military shooting competition a couple months ago using one of their bases for my ACOG.

As long as they look beefy and have good contact points, I don't worry about brand on a .223/5.56 application.

Foglights are for fog, not oncoming traffic!
    Nailed it.
Look at CDNN.com for sharp pricing on picatinny mounts.

I just put one of these Burris P.E.P.R mounts on my Sig 522 to use an older scope I had leftover from a 10/22 I converted to a bench gun. Don't know if it's what yer looking for but it I paid 90 bucks plus tax.

It's a really nice quality mount IMO.

Thats a really great option. I gave in and bought the larue since it was like 195 minus military discount and free shipping. Rumor has it i get free sticker too. Much like HP on cars, Stickers make you shoot 1 MOA better per.

Check out Dark Ops mounts. I found a good pair that I'll be getting for ~$50.

I use LaRue for my 3-gun AR. Im using a TR-24R post Triangle. Did'nt look elseware since they had a combo that discounted the scope a bit and made the mount more palatable. Plus everyone who I met has not had complaints about thier LaRue mounts, all tought as nails, return to zero perfectly, great product. Got free sticker, copy of the constitution, free Dillo dust, and a hat, a hat without the annoying button on the top, which, if you use earmuffs to shoot/RO a full match( 4plus hours) is a pain. To me was well worth the money, plus the TR-24 is one great scope. I use from 5 feet to 225 yards only holdover, no clicks, very fast, almost as fast as red dot up close and as good as ACOG at distance.
