Went and saw Chris Porter last night at the Improv. Dude was hilarious but today is starting a little slow.

@Chipskip did you get your new whip?

    Workin' on it....
I watched the Netflix special he did a couple of years ago - totally died. I think he’s one of the funniest comics I’ve watched in a long long time.

Didn’t even know he was in town, will have to keep an eye on the Improv schedule more closely.

Nice! I was actually hoping you were going to say Expedition One. I like their stuff a lot.

And I'm gonna have to hear your review on the Decked setup. Been looking at them ever since last years expo when they said they were working on the mid size market. Lyd and I talked to the Rep at Expo this year for a good while.. and I like them, but not entirely sold on them. I feel like there is some wasted space and the height isnt where I'd like it to be.

Haha! You'll be busy now though! Missed all you guys too.. hoping to come back around more with the new gig. Allows for more Me time. Lol

I think the decked is pretty cool, but I agree it seems like there is som wasted space. The only negative thing that I’ve heard is if you really beat on your truck they can fall apart over time, and being plastic they are hard to fix. But, way cheaper than other drawer setups (goose gear).

That was a slight concern as well.. and I agree.. the price is nice. But then I got to thinking.. maybe I'll just make my own.

I feel like a bed slide then make a drawer on that would fit your needs well. All goods gear uses is 80/20 extrusion. If you look at their pics closely it doesn’t seem to hard to make shit like theirs haha.

the fj cruiser guys first showed my expedition one bumpers. They were all really pleased. I didn't know they have a full product line.

curious to see the decked in person.

Naturally, I did skip the glass butthole option though

GX was sorta a contender, but the inability to tow Bro Truck defeats the purpose of an SUV.
