I needed a little more towing and a place for my 4wheeler. I like my Toyota pickups/Tacomas. The FJ looks good and capable, but not a good fit for my needs.

disposal of chemicals. half the stuff i deal with can kill you so we need a air supply mask and suit. most of the stuff we can be ok with a full face mask. but theres some in room B that can be absorbed through the skin. last kid we had stacking barrels and by lunch time he through a hissy fit and left. we had good reason to have him as stacker. last time he was pouring he mixed some acid with something else and we had to evacuate. i cant remember what acid it was right now. but i take my job very serious and theres a time and place to goof off and not.

thats half the job but we also have to separate them so we can dispose of properly. but when we get a new person we start you off as stacker. its easy and gives you the chance to see how things are set up look around for exit doors, what barrels go where, ect

We hit a deer, and the Tundra brake mod stopped on a dime & gave me 9 cents change! It bent the bumper brackets in and made the driver tire rub.

Here’s a few pics straightening out things...

i take it serious im the team leader and i take safety over speed. if we only dispose 20% of our work load and everyone is safe so be it. i been working there for 3 years now and since i became team leader last year i havent had a single accident or injury on my team. but yea, i like to think i do things the smart way. so far the other 2 people i work with think so to, and agree with my methods.

It rolled 100 ft like a rag-doll tumbling down off an embankment. I hate it but sometimes you loose the meat.

The Tundra 4 piston calipers don’t play! You’ll spill your coffee if you stomp the brakes.

kids today have no respect for honest work. and dont seem to like it when someone yells at them when they screw up cause they cant follow simple instructions. one kid damn near opened room b "thinking it was the way to the bathroom. theres hazard labels every where on that door. luckily i put in a double lock on it. and only team leaders know the code for the second lock
