These people in here are the best I have ever met.
This group came together to help my wife Carol.
Didn’t really know them.
What they did for me with emails, texts, phone calls, mailings to my house I can never repay.
I do not know what I would have done without them.
I’m a fixer. I fix my shit and my own problems. I couldn’t fix this.
In the midst of this Carol and I have gotten something lots don’t.
There are really really good people in here.

Good morning everyone! I hope you all have a wonderful Memorial day and take a little time to thank and appreciate those who have lives,health, or suffered injury in service to our country. While I appreciate all who have served our country it's our combat veterans that are my personal heroes. While I have served I was fortunate enough to have never been put in harms way. It's or combat veterans who, to me, deserve all our thanks and appreciation. HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good morning folks. My Friday, then 5 Saturdays and a Sunday. Nothing planned, just catching up on a few chores and relaxing. Other than "wind days", I didn't take any real time off since last summer. So a mini vacation is in order ( I think).

At the moment only 8 but won't really know that till about 1400 it is a holiday and most drag themselves in even if they are dead for the holiday pay.

Cat alarm woke me up, fed the little shit and will probably fall back asleep.

I would say don't drink and text.

But seeing that your wife is not doing well it is understandable. This is a good support group with limited contact, we will listen and offer advise and words of comfort.

Going to be a cold dreary day.
So lawn needs mowing, Jeep needs some more TLC with the pressure washer.
Reel extension cord works mint.
Bought 2 more hooks to move it to other parts of the garage to get it further down the driveway.
If this ever craps out I’ll make a 50 footer.
I see a reel drop light in the future too.
Should have done this long ago.

Speaking of drop cords, are the available now with led? I haven't looked but haven't seen any. I still get the Harbor Freight flyer and hadn't noticed any in there either.

 

Water is devastating. I seen a little of that yesterday on the news. I like to watch the washes run out in the desert. This last year when one of our big ones ran going into the reservoir there must have been a 20' wall of water in a section that has a couple turns in it that are big rock faces. Just a tremendous force and there is no reckoning with it. Just stay back and watch the show.

 

Those Truss Spools are great. We have Two in our shop, one with a dedicated drop light, and one with a air line

 

The Sun is back out and will cut the Grass and do about an hour of yard work, then off to the beach. Will be doing some grilling later today . Y’all have a Great Day
