Just saw it. Went in with low expectations but it is definitely better than I thought it would be. About a dozen references to the clone wars tv show and prequels.

 

I would like to see Guillermo del Toro do the Bobba Fett movie.

 

She is a cutie, no idea if she was part of the comics and cannon or just somebody Disney threw in to make part of the story

 

That would be sweet, have there been any announcements or trailers for that yet?

 

I haven't heard anything. I do know he was on the short list for the force awakens. I hope he gets a shot at one movie. I just think Fett would fit his style.

 

The Director of Logan is directing it I believe.

 

I liked Logan. Very well done.

 

Is there a release date or year yet?

 

Not yet. I'm not expecting anything till late 2020 or early 2021.

 

Just saw the movie. Not a Star Wars fan at all but had good action to entertain. The Millennium Falcon escape was a cool scene.

Anybody watch it over the weekend?

 

Watched it last night. Was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the movie. There quiet a few references and Easter eggs in the movie I liked too. This is more of a Rogue One feel and not like part of the trilogy which I think will help it do well.

 

I vote darth maul gets his own movie, I want to see what happens after sidious kills his brother and captures maul up until he comes back in rebels. So many unanswered questions from the clone wars series.

 

Couldn't agree more! His story is interesting! I think I read his mom is some sort of witch too?
