    Best stuff ever...

Tell your wife and kids it was inspired by Friars Nook (across from the Snow White ride) at Disney World to get extra brownie points!

I just noticed some spelling errors, excuse those. I'm sure I had a butterbeer or two when writing that.

Ah, sorry that's a tipsy chef recipe.

When making the bechemel sauce, you pour enough milk into the sauce to make it look kinda like Alfredo sauce...so I would say a cup and a half of milk is a good amount. You want the mac n cheese to be solid..but not dry!

It was still chilly here last week so we did up a pot of chicken, onions, peppers, and tomato for some fajitas.

Not made with a crock pot but a cheap Pyrex dish...

Greek Moussaka made with venison. A nice way to disguise Bambi from the little ones.

Don't forget to add a few sides of an authentic mojito.

Chicken with condensed soup and cream cheese added at the end. Looked sub par but tasted great. Served with some noodles and chopped bacon on top.

Two chicken breasts, can of condensed mushroom soup, and some chopped tomatoes & onion. Spices. About 30 minutes before serving I put in 1/2 pack of cream cheese.
