As long as you only use it to sit and eat. If its used to lounge around, i think it wouldnt last but maybe a season. I think the one I got will last a couple years of light use. We will only use it while eating and I have 2 teenage boys that will put it to the test. Still think it was worth the 60 bucks, even if it only lasts a for the summer.

Installed leds for the footwells. I thought I had some heat shrink tubing, but did not. Instead I soldered, taped, and a little bit of Loctite 404 to prevent any unwrapping down the road. Used the footwell lights toggle switch by CH4x4.

Here's a link for the leds used.

    https://www.superbrightleds.com/moreinfo/led-light-modules/flexible-led-accent-light-module/832/

I plan on doing something for the rear as well. The light output is perfect. It allows a little bit of lighting without any of the glare while driving down the road. My wife approves, as she can now fumble through her bag(s) without blinding me with the map lights.

Also decided to let my wife do some driving today. At 5'4" with a nice seat cushion, she's doing great! To my amazement, she's able to park in reverse better than pulling into a spot. I figured if she could handle the DCLB Sport, she'd be ok in a smaller vehicle, but no other vehicle will do. She wants a Taco!

I appreciate the assistance. Now that you put it like that, I think a coworker has one or something similar. I will see if I can change a few things with it. Hopefully, it interfaces with my iPhone.

I'll definitely look into Torque by way of ebay. It may be a better fit.

At my age, I enjoy the convenience of things I can do from an app (or a computer).

    Thank you

I think a bunch of people have bought them just for their kids. As long as you’re doing the setup and take down and the kids aren’t doing the Margarita dance on top of the table.....you’re good.

If anything it’s just another slight airflow reducer.
I took it off.....can’t say I noticed any difference.

I'll be honest - I'm a mechanical/electrical/everything newbie, and this is my first electrical mod of any kind on the rig - I just didn't know any better! :anonymous:

Not exactly "today" but over the last week:

TRD grill, painted the letters red because I could not get the stickers to line up. Homage to the Toyota's of old.

I changed a few small things over the weekend (1) swapped the 8w3 out for a 10TW3 had to remove plastic bin but it fits nicely and gets a good bit lower. (2) changed some trim pieces from red to as close to Carolina Panthers Blue as possible!!! Days away from Kickoff!!

Not so much "to" but "with". Finally started some work on the outside of the house we bought last year. Removed some overgrown shrubs and made quick work of the stumps with the taco.
    Before:

    After:

Aftermath that I hope my town picks up:

Then for a lowe's run for lumber to start a basement project

Now just waiting for it to stop raining for more then a day or two to give it a nice coat of wax after the crap winter we had which seem to just end about 3 weeks ago.

Alright doll-face, c'mon and bore me!
Same here. As I mentioned in another post, it got up into the mid-90s over the weekend and I had just stopped cursing the salt the road crews were putting down because of the snow/ice.

By the by, don't know about where you live, but here the city contractor won't pick up those roots because they can't feed them directly into the chipper.

Nice house and lot, proper landscaping makes a huge difference.

    A few minor things...
My speakers just arrived and the deadener is coming tomorrow!

I have been looking everywhere if I should remove the vapor barrier or not, and looks like I don't have to!

    Thanks!

Now to learn how to take apart a door...
