I sent him a couple of messages about some parts I need for a timing belt, water pump, and valve cover job that my truck is needing. Haven’t heard back from him and it’s been a week or more.

Has anyone heard anything from him?

    Thanks.

Not making excuses but just look at the thread and the number of daily 'can I get a price on xxxxx' posts. I can only imagine the amount of traffic that dude is having to deal with.

I'd just do what we have always done - place the order on the site and add into the comments sections that its a TW order. Then just shoot the guy a PM with your order# info, etc as a heads-up.

    https://partsfactory.camelbacktoyota.com/

    or,

    https://parts.camelbacktoyota.com/partlocator/index.cfm?siteid=214329

have no idea which site to use but I like the partsfactory one since its the most user friendly. Good luck.

I appreciate that info. I’ll see if I can make some sense of either of those. With those jobs that I need parts for though, I’m unsure of all the individual pieces I need.

You can always call Camelback and ask for Jorge (thats Gunny) Or you can go ahead and order your parts from the Camelback Toyota website, just call them and tell whoever you speak with that you want the TacomaWorld discount code and they will give it to you. Just plug it in on checkout and you are good to go. Same discount you would get through Gunny but without going through him, cause he is one busy dude.

I heard last month (April) that he had been reassigned to another position or promoted or something within Camelback and handed the online/internet sales over to someone else, who obviously hasn't been keeping up with it the way that he was. He had come back online once or twice to tell people to just contact him directly over at Camelback and he'll take care of you.

Use the partsfactory website in the link provided by area51runner, I have tried the other one but thats a catalogue only, cant order parts off it.
