They got bent because I use my shit.

    :D

After I get everything I'm going to replace I'm going to cycle it and see what the fuck is going on. The driver side isn't bent badly, only reason I can tell its bent is that the bolt won't come out of the misalignment spacers/uniball. The passenger you have to look hard but you can see its not straight.

I think maybe you're drooping out to much and need to adjust your limit straps. You should pull your inner CV shaft boots to see if there are any marks on it from touching the inner stub.

I checked the clearance on the UCA misalignment before I disassembled everything (where TC bases setting the limit strap at) and it wasn't touching the cup.

There is definitely something I'm missing though, I was thinking it was more likely at bump that the uniball bolts are getting stressed but I could be wrong. I've got some squishy ass timbren front bump stops and I think they might be allowing the suspension to go into mechanical bind on heavy bottom outs. I cycled everything when I put in my front bypasses and things looked OK, but they probably squish even worse when I bottom out super hard at speed.

I only mention checking the shaft for score marks is because there was a dude in Canada who had the AP LT kit that drooped to much which allowed the shaft to rest on the inner stub at full droop, pretty much making that the "limit strap".

It's a good idea to check it, I'm going to make an extra spare CV for Dusy, so it would be convenient to assemble it without the boots and cycle everything and see how it looks before throwing on the boots and grease

@tetten I wonder if its just your bent spindles fucking everything up.

My driver side bump stop mount has a permanent indentation that's at least 1/8"

I'm not sure if they are bent, there's something wonky with the steering arm though. I bought them brand new, took them straight to The Truck Shop, and then threw them on the truck, they are barely a year old. :bananadead:
