This stump jumper right here. Primarily used down in Rockport in the flats, but I use it a good bit up here on the lakes to bowfish with.

Its kind of half ass done but works for what i need it for. Just some cedar 2x4s framed together and plywood that i sealed. Not the heavy marine plywood. You're going to the lake this weekend right?

Or if you were referring to the aluminum leaning post behind the console, that fits an igloo 72 and is my dry storage/leaning post/fish measurer

I was able to get the leaning post off a Hurricane Harvey salvage bay boat in Houston for cheap. It sat too high so I cut it down and tacked the legs back on. This is the second boat I’ve built. This one was more cosmetic work more than anything. Motor still has 120 compression on all cylinders so no issues there. I ran new throttle cables and wiring and put an aluminum floor with a 20gallon gas tank under the console. Other than cutting the aluminum plate for the floor, the only metal work I’ve done is welded on some splash plates on the transom. (Second to last photo is when I just bought it and started sanding that bitch down) took a lot longer than expected to sand everything lol

Just bought another 19ft skiff this past weekend from an old timer down in Port Aransas and that will be my next project. Photos to come of that thing. Pretty excited to see how that one will turn out. All he wanted was a stump pulled out of his yard and $200 and he handed me the titles. :amen:

She's beautiful. Hoping to get ran over to the other side of the lake for some cliff jumping.

Thanks man. She ain't pretty but the decal really brings it together :D

    Thank you sir

Absolutely. We can go wherever. I'm some what familiar with the lake around the island thing where everyone brings the barges/scuba divers and the jonestown area. Hopefully you as the local can show me around and captain the boat for a bit

Dang it, I'd totally be in but have a trip planned to Houston already :(

Not sure if I can wiggle out of it but I'll try.
    :hattip: :bananadance: :headbang:
I think if we bring some light tackle we could rustle up a few bass along side the cliff.

Don't want to be away from the gang all day but I'm absolutely going to make a few cast.

Yeah for sure. I was just gonna go run it for a bit and if anyone wanted to take turns fishing/cruising then we could do that. I can fit 3-4 people not including myself. I'll bring my bow and see if we can scare up some gar at night.
