‘73 F100 w/ 3 on the tree was my first driver as a 16 yo. When the linkage got sloppy we installed a Hurst floor shifter. The Hurst was an awesome improvement. :)

Gotta mow after work today, hope there is enough gas in the mower cause my cans are empty. Mowing twice a week now. Still better than shoveling snow....

My lawn is so small I don't even use a gallon of gas per year. The Sta-bil costs more than the gas.

I got my lawn cut today. Took almost 3hrs. That's not including trimming. Sometimes I wish I didn't have so much.

I didn't trim shrubs or bushes so it'll be a jungle by the end of summer. This fall it'll be a total transformation.

I wouldn't have one either but the wife wanted it so, since we bought the house before it was built she got to order it the way she wanted it.

I don't use that stuff because, as you see, it doesn't work and it's a waste of money and time. Most of the time, if you have any water that can get under it, it just turns into a hothouse. Sure, it'll kill some of it, but you'll get some pretty hearty species that'll push right up through.

Do you have Joshua tree's ??? , there's quite a few of them in my neighborhood and after figuring out how to determine their age they're roughly 45 -75 yr old

No, we're at too low elevation here. We have palo verde, mesquite, cottonwood, some desert willow, some invasives (salt cedar, tamerisk) and just about all the rest is different species of brush/bush....quail bush, ironwood, etc.
