I had some scrap metal, so I bent two 90° brackets. One leg was about 3” and one 2” and it was 1” wide. 3/16” steel so it’s not going anywhere. I’ll take a pic later if I remember. It was very easy to do.

So I'm about to do something really stupid. I'm not going to make it to Rausch. I'm going to New York to talk to my ex and try to work this out. 100% chance she's going to drop the hammer on me and rip whats left of my heart out.

That’s a terrible idea but if that’s what you want, good luck man. I really hope it works!

Its going to be a bloodbath, but it's something I have to find out. I'm probably going to crack and beg her to forgive me. But at least I can know that I did everything I could. And I'll have my answer for sure.

Sounds like it’ll really help with closure, so that’s worth it.

Got my fridge tonight! So all that’s left is mounting the fridge in the bed. My plan is to just drill a couple holes straight through and bolt it in. Was thinking of going fancy and building a bracket like Chux to utilize the bed bolts, but decided against it.

Nice! Is that on a slide too? And did you get the "ambassador" price?

I’ve thought about putting a 12V plug in my bed since I don’t have the outlet. You gonna get some solar power or just run it off the main battery?

That is a slide! And yes I used my 15% ambassador discount.
I’m just running it straight off the main battery. When I eventually get solar, I’ll just wire that straight to the main battery as well. Since it’s the giant deep cycle one it’ll be able to handle all that.

From what I read during my research, the answer is no. At least not with your truck.
