    I went with the fabBlock model, and that sucker is STOUT, but I have no doubt that their others are just as strong.

    Turn the heat down a little, and work the puddle back and forth around the end in a U shape. You can absolutely close that up with just weld.

    Just what process are we using Here ??

    Stick welding run stringer beads on both sides to you can close the gap keeping close watch it does not get to hot

    Then it depends just what that piece is going to do .

    Mig welding I would pretty much use the same style

    Quick and dirty attempt at some stabilizer legs for camping ... probably need to enlarge the foot to work in the dirt but I’m thinking this might work.

    @fatfurious2 check out welding tips and tricks I literally learned how to weld from watching his videos his arc shots are unreal you can really see and understand what is Goin on with the puddle, also practice there's no way around that one that I know of.
