Yup, been real bad the last week or two. Summer can't come fast enough to help with that.

    Don't you love the price of fuel … $70 and I wasn't close to being empty ( 109 miles to E )

You live on the wrong side of the state. I have a 25-mile commute with no stoplights (and no traffic).

Yeah, tanking up from the 1/2 mark is a quick way to kill a $50 bill. Amusingly, my driving my '69 might actually be more fuel efficient this summer

My oil guy wants to replace my oil line in August, so I can't fill the tank until then. Hoping prices don't skyrocket any more before them.

In all honesty this F-250 is getting between 18 - 19 avg , and with the larger tank (600 mile range ) filling up once looks bad ..you just don't notice it when you fill up a couple times a week ..

It's about $65 to fill the Sierra. I get better mileage than the Taco did so I don't care.

Same here with the F-150. Been averaging 22 MPG over my rural hilly commute. I can get around 500 miles out of a tank.

Kind of glad I didn't bother with the 36 gallon tank. I don't need more range than 500 miles.

before going to the cape I paid about 3.50/gallon, on way back from the cape, i paid 20-30 cents less per gallon i was pretty happy lol. I guess I should just fill up on the cape. Also, I probably shouldn't have gone to bed at quarter of 1 lol

It was cheaper on the cape? I'm surprised by that. I always fill up before I go over the bridge because it tends to be more expensive down there. The other day I think I paid 2.65/gallon at BJs in Franklin

Yesterday cost me the same to fill the cruiser, but I've been averaging about 80-100 miles per tank more than the taco so I think thats a win.

You try just adding fresh ATF? My FJ does it every once in a while since my rack has a really slow leak at the driver's side ITRE. Throw some fresh fluid in and it's all good.

Anyone ever installed leather seat covers before? Well not really covers I ordered new leather for my front seats for the cruiser because the old ones were shot. I've been reading up on how to install them and basically I need to remove the old leather and reinstall the new with hog rings and the whole deal. Anyone able to offer some advise or insight?
