Personally , I've driven my car/truck to get new tires and had two of them go flat while sitting in the parking lot. That would be my suggestion.

So honest question. I’m having a hard time deciding what tires to get next. I’m goin 33. I’ve owned BFG KO and general grabber at2. What is the best off road/all terrain tire? Or what’s yalls opinion?

Nitto Ridge Grapplers get my vote. @ChadsPride likes em' too.

Here's mine after 13k miles of driving fast at a lot of malls.

Seriously though, so far best tire I've ever run. There's a Ridge Grappler thread on here you might want to check out.

If you're looking for a really good hybrid A/T tire.

Not saying they are the best or better than what other people have posted, but I know a lot of people that have run the cooper ST MAXX and been happy. I'm currently running them in a 255/80r17 and have been very happy with them. They are extremely durable for off road with their Armortek-3, but because of this, they are decently heavy.

Thats the thing, i was afraid id get a million answers because everybody is going to back their tire choice usually. i was thinking either goodyear mtr kevlar, grabber atx, or toyo open country at2 or r/t.

Yeah most people will just state what they're running and how much they like them. It's hard for us to answer though because we don't know exactly how you use your truck, which plays a big role. Do you have a long commute/spend a lot of time on the road? Something light would be most beneficial there to keep your MPG. Do you off road? Aggressive tread and load C or E would be most beneficial there. With that said I ran load SL General Grabber AT2 on my previous truck which I did light off roading and they were awesome. Unfortunately they were just discontinued.

My opinion on tires is based off my own experiences and what my customers tell me. Over the years I've heard a lot of good about the duratracs from my customers & my brother, he has'em on his lifted tacoma. He drives from Bel Air to Crofton 5-6 days a week (works at BGE) and he averages 50k out of a set. I have to admit the Wildpeaks balance better than the duratracs and for the price Wild peaks may be my next set of tires. I have friends & customers with Nittos, they seem to wear fast when driven mostly highway miles but I've heard positive things about their capability off road. So like what eatsleep said it depends on your intended use of your truck on what tires fit your needs better.

As @EatSleepTacos and @68dave both said, it really depends on what you're wanting out of the tire. Are you planning on doing heavy offroading? Or are you planning on doing the occasional light offroading and want better on road tires?
The question of which tire is the best is hard to answer. For me, since I do a decent bit of off roading, and don't care about gas mileage as much, the st maxx are a good option. But I would not recommend them to someone who is worried about gas mileage. I've heard good things about the duratracs both on and off road. Same with the wildpeaks that @68dave mentioned. So its really up to you and what you want to do.

I had standard load General Grabber AT2 on my Ranger. I liked them. My only complaint was the sidewall was squishy. Probably wouldn't have been a problem with E load. I heard some sets were hard to balance. I never have that problem.
