I've never done it before but I've seen it done. You should get the hog ring pliers to make your life a lot easier. After that it's just finesse, muscle, finesse, muscle and some heat here and there. There must be a lot of videos on you tube showing how to do it. I've seen them do it on shows a bunch of times

Get yourself a decent set of hog ring pliers, it will make the process easier and they're only around $10-20.
Don't forget steam! That can help with stubborn leather upholstery.

I got my AC recharged yesterday. I had no leaks just not blowing as cold as it used to. Now it's nice and cold!

You're putting leather in the Taco? No way I'd do that unless I had heated and cooled seats.

Yup, seemed worse this am. I can usually make it up 24 before it sucks. I got on at exit 16 to 15 mph traffic

Lots of little 2-3 story buildings have elevators now because of ADA. I'm sure lots of wheel chair lifts also, but still lots of elevators. All the same parts, just a lot fewer stops (and I'm sure a lot of old, dirty hydraulic elevators rather than the nice Gen 2s)

For my local guys only! Those interested in a welding helmet let me know what you are looking to spend and we can setup a couple packages and let you pick. It also helps if you don't mind receiving a decaled shell with a scratch or two on it. @Jcyr I know you mentioned you wanted one, @dc welding don't remember if you were interested as well. My company does not sell direct to customers so I will have to make the purchases and then sell it to you. For the most part we are looking at the 150-170ish range. I will be getting something like 50 percent off, roughly the cost distributors buy them for but more than likely slightly less than that. Also if there are any features you must have please let me know. Thank you. ArcOne

Yeah but they dont need the same service as the buildings in town so there are fewer jobs and guys doing more. In a 40 hour week we have guys that will have more than 25 hours of windshield time just driving job to job.

Associated is a good shop but it is a smaller one, I do better at larger shops that aren't family style

When did that happen? I thought you worked for Otis (I know, sister companies, but Delta seems to be more specialized)
