I even set up an account with them about 6 months ago (figured maybe it was a glitch or something on their site for the folks that aren't logged in) and found the same thing (and it goes up for multiple items, all push switches).

Yup, Yikes! But my tirade about shipping has priced me out of my bed rack this year. Found a fabricator in Canada that does some bars (not a full rack) and after shipping. It's just under $900 CAD.
So, no RTT and bed rack this year for me. Tires are more of a priority.

But I just bought piece of flat stock aluminum, sized the piece by cutting and inserting heavy piece of paper to the area, to be cover, traced this on to aluminum. Attached with epoxy, to original plastic insert. You could braze, or aluminum weld studs to back of aluminum to reach through the grill and bolt on. I'm trying to rally a few friends for a Utah road trip next year, however they are balking at the idea because of the cost of fuel. The taxation on fuel up here went from stupid to ridiculous in the last three years (we use litres... so paying $1.40/L so, that's around $5.50CAD for a gallon. 48% in tax. Yet the government blames the oil industry for our insane prices). Considering that round trip (just there and back is around 2800 miles), its difficult ramping up interest.
