We need a meet outside of the city. I wouldn't mind having a cookout in the sticks out here.

I second this. It would be nice to meet in an area with a little off-roading, but something everyone could do.

I'm going to look at the calendar tonight. I know this weekend is Canal Days in Saltsburg and next weekend is the opening of rattlesnake season. Possibly the last weekend of June should be open. I'll find out tonight and pick a date. If anyone shows up, then great. If not, at least I tried.

It needs some work. The front crossmember is missing (needs a piece of aluminum riveted in place to connect both sides). I've been thinking about selling it for what I have into it.

Possibly. I have $460 in it. The side windoors are worth more than that. It also has a front fold down slider window.

I'd possibly consider this. I absolutely hate Pittsburgh I hate the traffic although it is fun driving my truck in the traffic and getting a bunch of looks haha

Do you get into snakes yourself? I haven't gotten my fishing license, so doubt I'll get my permit this year. About 3-6 of my friends and I go each year near Allegheny National Forest. We used to do really well out towards lock haven though.

Yeah, my buddy has a camp in Sinnemahoning and we hunt all around there. So far we average 20-30 snakes per day .

Awesome. I've never went for snakes. Almost hit a rattle snake one year at the top of wyckoff on my bike. We used to have a camp between emporium and driftwood. Actually right past the golf course. We go up a couple times a year and fish and drive around maybe get lucky and find a camp for sale.

Nice man. We used to get into 15-20 snakes around lock haven. We usually average a few here more locally but there are big ones taken nearby every year. I’ve stayed away from sinnemahoning because I think most who hunt pa do so in that area. If you’re getting that many in a day though I can understand why.

I have a camp in Tidioute and I've only ever seen 1 up there. Didn't really ever hunt the ANF for them.

We hunt the other side of the national forest. Still few and far in between. There are pockets of you can get local knowledge.

You're from Clarion? I tried hiking to an old stone camp up there 5 or 6 years ago. It's on a creek and I guess it used to be like a resort of some type. There's a few stone cabins left. My wife and I took the kids but they were too young to hike back that far. I'll look and see if I can find the road name the trail is off of. I plan on trying to find it again.

Edit: It was along Toby Creek. I found the road. If you're interested I can PM you the name.
