Thank you. I ordered a chinese one, more out of curiousity then anything else. It was only $100. If that looks like a loser, or like its gonna get one of us killed I'll be taking you up on that.

My Charleston folks...any recommendations on electricians? Would like legit licensed contractor. Need some outlets added to a room, maybe a 220 outlet in the garage (more a want than a need), etc.

Yeah they are when they belong to someone else or you are rich enough to pay someone to take care of them.

Nah it's pretty easy. I'm going to do freshwater so it's even easier. I love setting them up and taking care of it all. There's so much cool things you can do

1st mistake you let him store a Jeep that doesn’t run in your shop. Start charging a storage fee and that sucker might get done quicker.:rofl:youtube videos don’t pay the rent. :anonymous:

I did African cichlids in a 55 gal tank years ago.
Awesome experience and even had a pair breeding.
The local fish store guy said "No way". They had to be in an almost perfect environment for them to breed. Yellow labs, blue johanies and brown fueliborna.

They are mouth brooders. Crazy to see a fish that small yawn, and see 30 or 40 babies.

Sweet! I love cichlids so much. Me and my roommate had a couple of Oscars when we lived in Hawaii. Nothing more fun to watch than putting in some feeder fish and seeing a 9 inch Oscar go from one side of the tank to the other in the blink of an eye to eat that other fish up.

I'll likely not do cichlids in this tank though. Probably keep it to Bala Sharks and tiger barbs, and maybe another schooling fish. I'm hoping to do a 50 gal tank.
