This plate for me.....added some of the excellent jalapeño sausage from yesterday's grilling. Stuff is awesome.

Last of the chicken for lunch yesterday but still have a couple sammies worth of chicken salad left that ill have today (chips are leftover from lunch sunday at a local "steak house" and they were better left over and reheated in the toaster oven than they were fresh)

Did some steaks in the cast iron last night since it was too windy out for the grill. Heat was too low for a great sear but they still turned out alright. Served with green beans with onions, garlic, and bacon. And some pasta alfredo.

let me add some fiber to our diets. :)

this horror is my workday breakfast. any day i am working, i am eating this..very few exceptions.

plain costco bobs-red-mill 5-minute steel cuts oats with raisins. i just add boiling water at home and let it soak in my Stanley food cup (maybe 10 years old now). i call it the "i wanna live" breakfast. weekends, all bets are off.

oh, if you dont have a Korean Food spoon, get one. regular spoon with a longer handle. great for cooking or digging food out of a food cup.

    ahh..youth. :)

if i did that, i would be so ravenous at lunch-time. no fast food would be safe.

90% of my lunch is some salad i put together on the weekend. :(

I'm 65. What is halfway? I drink coffee in the morning when I get up. Lunch at 11-12 ish. Might be breakfast food, might be leftovers or a sammich. Supper? Sometimes ham-bacon-sausage-eggs-hashbrowns-toast-bloody mary or any combination.
