So I emailed this one to ask if they did whole or half hogs. They want 7.95 per lb for half and 6.95 per lb whole hog.

 

Text me tomorrow and lets talk about the hog.

 

There are some folks who question what Pat is on the sign up spread sheet.
@Pirate1975 @HrBrad8 @Bubbles @saundern @tacitos @Shibbyjeep Pat is the pig I'm bringing a pig cooker down and we are either going to get a whole or half hog.

@JBTacoma bad question to ask how much do we need.

Also there are a bunch of others who haven't filled it out either please do the # of people who want to throw down on the hog will determine the size as this isn't that cheap of an endeavor and I don't want to wayyyy over estimate the size or underestimate and people who wanted some don't get any!

Going to call a place about the hog tomorrow but going based on their prices and # of people actually listed on the high end we are looking at ~$10 per person for the hog and that is not including the .5 people just the whole ones and including the maybe +1s. But there are quite a few who didn't fill out any information. I am just going to get a whole hog as this is a decent sized crowd now! Excited to see this thing come together!

Yes and no! This is for Dinner sat. night and on a propane cooker ~100 lb hog can be as short as 6 hrs when I cook them and make my charcoal it's more like 14-16 hrs of work if not more.
