I keep plastic tote of the camping stuff, also have a older version of https://www.cabelas.com/product/Cabelas-Deluxe-Campers-Kitchen/2236760.uts?slotId=0. The side bags are great for keeping all the kitchen stuff together. We use dry bags for towels and sleeping bags and pillows and sometimes clothing depending on traveling and trip plans (canoe trip).

 

Here's my current set up. It's OK (just OK) for the Waterport itself but add over 30lbs of water and no way this thing is going to hold! As you can see with the set up I have now the rack is in the stored position so all the weight is on only one side. My plan is to put the rack in the normal position so it ties into the other side and use a piece of unistrut to run it the way the rack is now.

 

Yeah, you put 30 gallons in that with that setup and it's going for a ride. At an inopportune moment, probably.

Still haven't found the perfect location for my UV5-R Handheld.

 

They only hold 4 gallons of water. About 32 LBS. That is going to be no bueno the way it is
