AC drain tube mod is pretty cheap and a good way to get started.
Maybe upgrade some LED map lights if thats your thing
De-badge, or plastidip emblems, or add more stickerzzzz.

My additions, which I do not call them "mods." All weather mats, rear-seat covers for dog & kiddo, silicone rings for radio knobs. TonnoPro trifold

Do you like the TonnoPro? I’ve been shopping trifold bed covers. Don’t want to spend 1k on it though.

If you want a cover, get a used OEM tonneau on TW marketplace or craigslist, a lot of people sell theirs like new for cheap.

Use Searchtempest to scan multiple Craigslist and Fleabay region ads in one swoop.

Just changing out the Tweeters with the OEM Subaru (plug & play) tweeters made a world of sound difference on the cheap.

You just missed the group buy for Bakflip. I got the F1 for $880 shipped.

    • Plastidip emblems black
    • Plastidip grill black
    • New bedside decals
    • Or remove emblems/decals if that's your thing
    • Remove vinyl between doors windows
    • Decals for Tacoma on tailgate and or glove box and or door sills
    • replace chrome toyota logo with TRD decal on wheel centercaps (I think you can get them with the TRD in quicksand)

    Functional and inexpensive
    • New radio knobs (I have the Hondo garage ones, but there are a couple versions floating around)
    • AC drain mod
    • bed lights (mattgecko has kits... I think that's his name)
    • OEM bed mat
    • Tailgate stealing protection mod (hose clamp)
