watchu mean Blackdawg? the clutch cancel start button? or the switch the pedal hits? I feel like if it was that id be able to crank it without depressing the clutch.

    switch on the clutch pedal.

The starter switch on the pedal is different I think as it looks for the clutch to be all the way down.

ahhh. well I will have to look into that as soon as it comes back from the mechanic. should be soon. dropped it off yesterday for belt/pump/gasket work

im guessing that if it wasn't functioning then the light just wouldn't come on at all?

not necessarily. The switch doesn't keep the light from working or even the CC from turning on. It just will stop it from locking a speed in because it thinks the clutch is down.

I hope I can figure this one out soon. Im supposed to be moving to the Bay Area in like 6 weeks. 30+ hours without cruise control towing a trailer sounds like a great cramp lol

Well I farmed up in the King Range from '15-17'. Then last spring had a stage at Chez Panisse in Berkeley. Since then 2 friends have gotten jobs there in the front of house and the pastry chef invited me and my SO out to live in a shared space with all of them and continue my internship there. Seems like a great idea to me! I also have lots of experience running espresso and cocktail bars which I hear is pretty fruitful in the Bay. Not to mention that there are more Michelin Starred restaurants in the Bay than anywhere else in the US at this point.

My Dad is actually from Mill Valley and my Grandpa lives up in Santa Rosa now. He is pretty excited to have me around to go on motorcycle rides with.

Im pretty stoked on all this :woot:

thats awesome! I have worked in a number of pizza cafes... I actually worked pretty hard for a few years on my own recipe. I used to run a venue out of my house and I would sell slices to help raise money for community projects and touring bands gas money. Drunk people LOVE slices lol.

Yeah they are looking for a new pizza guy to work part time. Super cool family to work for too, the owner knows lots of other restaurants around here too. But it sounds like you wanna work somewhere well know with stars lol.

Owners parents are from Italy, and he makes all the dough in house with his “secert recipe” that he doesn’t tell anyone. Also is cooked in a wood fired oven so its good pizza lol
