I'd have more faith in them if they actually knew the difference between Production / Stock and Modified class designations and requirements. Sadly I think most of them think they could race their street trucks in the Bubba Brocephus Garage Modified Class :D

    Too much.
Just got off the phone with Dustin. I believe bronze was one of the colors he quoted, as well as black, matte black, gloss gunmetal
Dustin told me the price is going up tomorrow on these.

I went with the Arsenal wheels with the sand color...lucky for me it matches the Quicksand pretty good.

Those wheels look great on quicksand. I don't think any other color truck could pull it off

Nope. All my racing is of the two wheeled variety. I'll turn to cages when I stop bouncing when I hit the track and start making a THUD.

    Pretty horrendous to me. :notsure:
Color scheme isn’t terrible, but the overall design just looks like a steel wheel on steroids. At that rate, I’d just get steel wheels.

But hey, if you like them that’s all that matters.

I like them because they're not fake beadlocks. How many wheels have fake beadlocks? It's hard to find any that don't. They are at least different.

LOL its all good...to each his own. I just didn't want another black 5 or 6 or 10 spoke wheel (or TRD Pro). For what it's worth, I get a lot of compliments on the wheels themselves...but like you said, as long as i like them, that's what matters

I agree that too many have the faux-locks. Doesn’t seem to be enough good options without them these days. I loved the S6s I had on my 2nd gen, but wanted a change and I honestly don’t feel like that wheel works as well with the 3rd gens. Just my opinion though.

As I mentioned previously, that’s my least favorite feature of my current SR8s. But I do like the simplicity of clean lines of them.

I can appreciate folks doing something different, and that they like. Merica :oldglory:

You tagged me so I felt obligated to respond.

For instance I find the bro-dozer wheels/stance to be ridiculous and atrocious, but I don’t stop the guy driving said rig at the light to tell him my opinion. But if he asked my thoughts on the subject I’d certainly share.

I've kept searching including a pretty blind/broad search on Fleabay. 98% of wheels have the faux locks. Some wheel designs I like, but that just kills it for me.

I kind of like these Deegan 38 Pro 4s. The faux locks are subtle at least and the wheel design has nice spokes. Still not quite what works for me, but not bad. Not a big lip, flows out the wheel edge from the center with a shallow lip step.

i did the gravity 2-wheeled racing and every crash was a thud. Dont miss over the bar'ing it into a rock garden at full race pace.

Also, by in large the offroad versions of tuner wheels look really good. They are clean and elegant designs.

The Work crag SK5 is pretty cool (Work Emotions)

I think most aftermarket truck wheels in general look terrible. Though I would love a set of TE37's :alien:
