    Yes, its Bill and his son. I think his wife may help out around the shop as well. I've not bought from him, but they've been very helpful and if I can't find a used topper before the winter I plan to purchase from him. Suburban Toppers in Denver recommended them to me when I was calling around one day. Pretty impressive when your competition will recommend you.

    The approach I reached after getting tired of being stiffed by "I'll take it" folks who never showed up is to use the "first come, first served" approach. You spend days either going back-n-forth, or "holding" it for someone who doesn't show... and I got tired of that. You can quickly weed out buyers by bypassing all that and FCFS it... that way you don't miss out on a dedicated buyer while wasting time with a looky-loo.
