    All I know is that what I had poured, 4"-6", was beautifully reinforced with rebar. I didn't touch the existing sidewalk. Screw the City. They don't do squat for me except take my money and then waste it on who knows what. Also, I have to wait about three weeks before I can park my truck on the new pad. By then I should have the dirt areas grades, and covered in bark.
