Eureka! Cooling fan problem solved! It even has 3 speeds for cool, warm, and hot days and an "off" setting for cold days or water crossings!


Now I just need a REEEEEEEEEEEEALLY long extension cord.

I did mention that if I had more money than I knew what to do with, I'd take it to a body shop and have them remove it and weld sheetmetal over the hole. I think the qualifies as permanent as possible.

Of course, the Flex Shot stuff claims to last 30 years which would make the truck 48 years old and me long dead unless God hates me and I end up being one of those people that despite drinking, smoking, and not eating healthy I end up being one of those shriveled up mummified old farts that end up celebrating their 100th birthday.

Edit: not that I'm anywhere near 70 now, but if I live that long I'd probably end up close to a 100, lol. I figure every year after 70, they won't be singing happy birthday to me, in stead they'll just play this...
