There's probably a logical reason Yota didn't make em stick out THAT far lol, doesn't matter what color they are, they look out of place. But make your money. $18 shipped is a safe and sane price for all.

The best part about the hondo garage and other smaller diameter, taller ones like these is that you don't accidentally hit the touch screen nearly as much.

Makes sense. What exactly do you guys hit often on the screen?

Cost saving for Toyota, and a dinky knob works alright and saved them thousands. But the stock ones leave a lot to be desired, exactly why so many people have swapped to other knobs already.

Its been over a year since I changed mine, so the stock ones feel out of place now. I took my styling cues and depth similar to the AC knobs a few inches away.

In my case you end up hitting the the screen and changing the radio preset.

I like these a lot better than other options. Looks like there's better grip available on these than knurled, metal ones

Sorry guys, having some issues with the fitment. Was never planning to sell these, but since there is interest I want to get them perfect before first. The colored ones fit different from the black ones, and I've been too busy to redo the files and order more prototypes.
