Sway control is not part of the hitch that's bolted to the truck.

There should be a AC power outlet in the bed on the passenger side

However that is the way to go and have better quality than a sport and even OR except for crawl etc. / locker. As long as you have tech package, V6, 4WD and tow package and keyless entry your good to go.
In 10 years that push button start will be a pita and money well over just a key.
Power outlet in back ? You can install a better one easily.
Suspension and tires, upgrade will look and perform much better than sport . Put PRO upgrades on easily. Many do anyway.
Even people are ripping out JBL's in higher end trucks they hate it. Same with fogs, skid, grill, etc. Factory options are average quality.
Sell the stuff you pull and it won't cost as much as you think. There is a market.
You can add stuff on for a fraction of cost the dealer is charging you and have way better quality items. However some people don't want to spend the time and effort. But in the end you have a better truck. And its a hell of a lot of fun.
Maybe that's why they are doing away with the base so they can profit big with the goodies.

Definately why I made sure to buy a sr5, only thing I cant make better economically is the locker. If I could have the locker without all the electronic crap that will fail in 10-15 years I would have gotten that.
