I’m looking to pull the trigger on this setup in the next few weeks. I called a tire shop yesterday and they said the KO2s no longer have a mileage warranty. This accurate? He was pushing me to a set of ProComps.

I’m going to see if dealership can get close to matching Olathe... local one (Utah) offers 10% military discount, but they want $225 per. Calling dealership in Idaho where I bought truck to see what they will do. But with shipping costs, I might just stay local.

I was told that BFG never had a mileage warranty, so it seems that is the truth. Not sure if they ever offered one on their off-road tires.

Yeah I was just told they got rid of it recently... but their website says it has the standard warranty (see pic). Exemptions seem like the standard ones we see on with 60K mileage warranty (for example).

But I think I’m set on these, love the Setup!

This is after about 3 weeks since my last wash. Ceramic coating makes these things look so much better. More black, just a slight bit of sheen and they repel dirt and water great.

Thanks! I saw his post but it seemed like most of his rubbing was due to the wheel spacers. I was wondering if anyone else was running that setup without spacers and if so, what they thought

Ah Ha! I didn't catch that - my b. From what I've read/heard (I don't have my new truck yet... still impatiently waiting) you'll likely have some minor rubbing with 285's. do that chop!

That is the same set up I am wanting. The 285s might be a touch wide for the 7" wheel. They are about 11.5" wide so 8 or 9" wheels would be a better fit. The would work out to being close to 33s. What I really like about that size is that you can get C load range tires.

Ah, you’re right. Thanks for that catch! I agree that the C load range is nice, saves a good amount of weight. It’s recommended to have at least 7.5” wheels for 285s. Hmm.. I may have to see if 275s work, keep my 265s, or consider new wheels if I want to go up to 285s... I love the look of these though so it’s a tough call!
