I’d get a Low mileage 07-12 AC if I could, just for something newer.

I rebuilt my Camburgs a couple of months ago. Not because of the bushings but because of the uniballs. They had 70K on them. Probably went a little further than I should have on them because they were loose.

Cleaned the arms all up and put in new uniballs and new bushings. Like new now.

A double cab is pretty tempting, more room for activities.

Paint matched my front bumper. Was all rusted and had that strange base grey paint before. Sanded it to metal and used the dupicolor matched paint.

Finally got a decent pic of it.

Trying to get my Oba done, really not wanting to put bolts through the bed. Thought about making a bracket but I feel like it would just be a waste.

Was the toilet paper to wipe the tears away after you emptied your wallet of all your money and spent hours trying to take it out?

Nope. Pack the hole in the bearing with wet TP. Compact it by placing a bolt in the hole and tapping it with a hammer. Repeat until bearing pips out.

You have auto right? It won't go bad if you have an auto haha. It makes a pretty annoying noise if it goes bad, you usually change it when you change a clutch

I remember TC recommending every 30k or sooner depending on the appearance

This seems legit, I think you can extend the life if you loosen the bolt everytime you add grease or if you dont go too hard on em
I thought they were supposed to be replaced every 30k along w the bushings. Sounds like you got more bang for your buck!

Doubt they last forever ...my passenger side sheered off

Hmmm. I wanna do my bushings...i think my balls are ok....uniballs i meant

I wanna do new spindles with gussets, lbj, basically the whole front end... I drive her like shes meant to be driven. I wanna get her tight like a virgen.

30k for the whole kit? Thata excessive imo

I got a new toolbox. Done storing all my crap all over the garage. First we tried loading it in the bed of the truck, four guys tried loading it but it wasn’t going to happen. Too oddly shaped and far too heavy.

I saw some trailers in the distance for rent so I thought it would be easier to just rent one of ‘em and just push it onto the trailer.

You can see how that turned out.

    4F0888C4-CAFB-4244-B227-CE30C15034E0.jpg

    A8C941CF-72C2-469A-AC35-7DEFD18AA1BD.jpg

I didn’t use enough ratchet straps, I had to cut my other two when I used it to strap my transmission to the transmission jack during my 4WD conversion.

I only towed the toolbox home 10 miles going less than 30 MPH, but somehow it was scarier towing that trailer that my Honda Civic on a dolly six months ago. I towed that Civic home about 150 miles from past Sacramento.

Why not take it to the back of the trailer with a towel between the back gate and the box and use 1 strap?
