What have you done to your Tacoma today? 1st Gen Edition

The top of the box is loose, it’s not mounted to anything. I positioned it like that to have strategic access to the tie down points.

Now that I come to think of it I broke the number one rule of trailer towing. Weight distribution. I would’ve whipped the hell out of the trailer if I wasn’t careful.

More like 10 miles haha. The only turns I had to make was from my neighborhood, and into Home Depot. I was on the same road the entire time.

Make room, lol.. i have 8 toolboxes shoved into my house!

 

Anyone know the size of the tie rod castle nuts ? I lost mine admits my frame swap and they only have like 5k on them lol

I have enough to fill maybe 3 or 4 of the drawers

 

Youll fill it eventually lol. Ive filled mine and them some. Waiting to move out before I buy another box

To many tools... way to many tools. But that means i can do just about anything

 

If you load it too far back, you won't have enough weight on the tongue of the trailer, and it wobble all over the place. If it is something really heavy, the trailer will start steering the truck, especially as you get up to speed.

 

My head unit has been acting up a lot and today it decided to just shut off and on and eventually wouldn't work at all... So new head unit time! Anyone have any suggestions? Not looking to spend a fortune.

Yeah, I just figured for such a short distance at the speed he was going it didn’t matter.

 

Got my Low Range rear diff breather extender thingy in the mail. Was wandering if your supposed to extend the one for the front diff too. Tranny? T-Case? Seems like most only mention the rear.

 

I say front and rear diff. Tranny and t case are on top shifter base.
