    So a quick question for you guys....I was bouncing around pretty good and hitting some mud holes on the trail today and my AC light kept blinking and not blowing cold. I would turn it off and back on and it was cold again. Has this happened to anyone else? Im guessing it either tripped from the bouncing or water hitting something. Any ideas?

    Hey everyone, I haven't been on here in awhile. I need to be better about coming to this site since everyone has always been super cool.

    It's a black Softopper for the 73 inch bed with the boot bag for storage or when folded. Also comes with the screen flap to replace the window flap on the rear. I am thinking of going to a hard cap like a leer. I only used it for when i went camping instead of a tent. Sorry that was more info then you asked lol.

    Happens in my truck constantly. I'm not sure why it does it but every time I'm off road I'm hitting the ac button. I heard rumor that it has something to do with flooring it.

    A thing or two...
    I've never had it happen on mine, but I'm not off-road a lot. I also typically have my windows down when off-road.

    As @Darkgoatracer said, the AC compressor will disengage when you floor it to provide maximum engine power. If you were going slow enough you might not have been getting enough airflow across the condenser that caused the system to disengage the AC compressor.

    I was able to tie my rock lights into my dome light circuit last night. Now they turn on when I unlock the truck or walk up to the door.
