Does anyone have an onx6 light bar installed in a CBI T3 Bumper??

My 20" light bar arrived the other day and i'm wondering if it will fit. Would like to verify before removing my bumper and or scratching up the light bar.

    Thanks in advance.

Not an answer to your question but I am thinking of ordering this bumper myself.

How do you like the bumper?

Very happy! Very impressed with the fit, finish and overall installation. Good friends of mine that all run other companies bumpers were helping with the bunoer and they kept mentioning how smooth the install went.

    On a side note:

If you opt for the CBi front bumper and you have reservoir type front suspension; make sure you let them know so they can include the reservoir compatible bracket

Good point about the reservoir compatible brackets! Thanks for all your help BTW-

I just got my Caliraised 20" LED in. I was able to install it by removing the access/fairlead plate and had plenty of room to slide it in without scratching the light. I think your OnX6 might be a little 'deeper' than the Caliraised (4.25" vs 3.25") but they are both similar in height. Hopefully, you can manipulate it to fit without having to pull the whole bumper.

So the 20” onyx6 bar does fit. I ended up removing the grille/surround and removing the metal bar that extend across the front of the A/C condenser. Wrapped the bar in some blue painters tape to avoid it getting all scratched up in the process. There is slight gap on each side. So the face of the light bar does not fill in the gap completely. 17DED689-A7D5-4E6A-91A3-E131D852E990.jpg110EE905-5823-4691-A74E-8576FFFC1A17.jpg 1DBEF2F1-E2E5-45AC-82E7-08E1ECFC79B0.jpg

Which caliraised light bar did you install, the single row or dual row? Can you share a photo? What do you think about the light output, I had the 30” dual row led light there before I got the bumper and loved the output. I installed a 40” on my prinsu rack and have been under impressed. I’m hoping that adding the 20” bar will help to augment my overall light output.

I went with the 20" single row. The light output is satisfactory but is easily 'outshined' by higher quality bars (comparing to my friend's 20" Rigid Industries single row.) I'm sure combined with the set up you already have, you'll have some decent output for offroad usage.

One of the considerations to keep in mind for the CaliRaised 20" is that you'll need longer bolts to mount it. Factory hardware is a little too short, so I had to purchase some longer M6 or M8 bolts (can't recall exact size.) For me, the light bar left about a one-inch gap on either side once mounted. Not a big deal, but others may be more concerned about the aesthetics.

What is that license plate mount you are using there? I just installed my T3 bumper and now that I'm looking at this picture I noticed you had that plate mounted over the fairlead, that's nice!

I think the plate holder is from Hawse. Can’t recall the exact model but they run about 20-25 bucks.

Looks Great and thank you for sharing... I just ordered my bumper and want the larger ONX6+ as well, now I can order with no hesitation. Which Fog lights do you have? Is it the Baja Designs Squadron Sport with Fog Light Pocket Kit for Tacoma?

How were you able to install the Onx6 light bar with the CBI front bumper?
