And you see my point @TeecoTaco

Its better to be first to the punch line.
Doesn’t matter, youll be in awe of the chevy as you watch and wonder how it did it.
Made it somewhat more trail capable this weekend. Diesel springs for a little more ground clearance and almost level and removed the sway bar, lost the race car like handling. But honestly i like it without the sway bar, smoother ride.
Bumper is almost complete. One more piece to weld then paint tomorrow. Alignment during the week.

    Question for you guys.
Since I have added all the armour and bumper, there is a bit more rubbing now. I'm running 285's right now and was considering going tall/skinny.
Do 255/80/17 tires rub like the 285's? Dimension wise, it looks like it may clear.
Wondering if I should just chop and keep same size or go the tall/skinny route.

255 don't need CMC, and they shouldn't rub much anything else really, ask @llamasmurf he has them

Yea I have 255/80/17's, I was lazy and just removed the fender flares and I have no rubbing at all.

You can trim the flares and leave them on.

I like the no sway bar. Turns take a little getting used to at first but I can't wait to test things out on the trail and see the the difference.

my concern is with it at high speeds.

it does serve a purpose and what not

from what I've heard you can take it off without removing skid plate so I need to try that I might start removing it fr trails.

Typical cab mount rub. It wasn't so bad but since adding the extra weight it's become worse. I'm needing new tires soon anyway so I'll go with 255's.

I'm not worried for high speeds since adding weight. I can't do high speed turns anyway because tires start screeching at 50-60kms now.
