BTW, the damn mice had one hell of a party in the house over the winter. One made a nice nest in the blankets for one of the beds!

    Evening all.
Didn't go fishing. Was way to windy. Went to see a buddy of mine that's going down hill from cancer.
Talked about the same 4 things over and over again for a couple of hours. Think he was drinking a little too. Not fun... Nothing no one can do for him.

So might try the early bird fishing before the wind gets up in the am.So I'm out in the garage listening to music and playing with my boat and equipment.

In this mass produced world, anything is possible. I read about people buying a new rv and the plumbing is incomplete or not hooked up correctly, outlets not connected. I bought a car trailer for work that they didn't adjust the axle nut correctly and cooked the bearings in one wheel.

Pretty good did a square up set corner which doesn't sound like much but if you are interested

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=caFEYiIWKwU

I did not take any pictures of it one of the forge but that was it as one of the guys broke one of the rules in a blacksmith / welding shop... NEVER SET HOT STOCK DOWN AND WALK AWAY...He did, came back grabbed the stock he set down on his anvil which had gone to a black heat which is about 800 degrees . Yeah instant white skin and burnt hair / pork frying smell and cussing burned his thumb, base of first 3 fingers and palm just below them.. So things went sort of sideways, I dumped a bottle of water on his hand the guild master grabbed the first aid kit hanging in there which.... had nothing in it for burns or really anything else it only had some gauze pads and wrap. Went and got my kit while the guild master and another guy got him outside and to someone's truck tailgate. I got his hand burned saline washed, gelled and wrapped . He is ok , going to suck for him at his real job granite counter installer and no not the supervisor..:{ He was woozy for a bit we thought we might have to haul his ass to the ER but it was just the burn and it was in the mid 80s and muggy today so hot as hell in the forge area . I went and got his "car" and pulled it right up to the shop cranked the ac and sat him in it with bottles of water and one of the guys till he got his shit back together. Personally I think he was going in to heat exhaustion before he burned himself, I asked him where he parked and what kind of "Truck" ( I thought he drove a truck) he said mazda .. yeah no he drives a mazda but a old mazda 4 door sedan .. He about fell out while I was bandaging his hand he was sitting but had to lean against the side to stay up right. So yep had fun right up till then lol After 20 min he was ok coherent and not dizzy so we packed his tools up and one of the other guys followed him home. He has crap insurance so he was not willing to go to the ER or DOC in the BOX.

He was apologizing to us and calling himself an idiot though for a bit , it happens you forget what you are doing I do not think anyone in here who works has not had a lapse or ahem moment of forgetfulness and ....LOL Guild master is pissed the kit was useless said he would get another one I handed him a 2O and said get extra burn gel and pads lol.

Yeah that would be nice if there was a water spigot near by... It is in Furnace Town basically an olde town setup blacksmith, wood, broom makers etc period correct so none of the buildings have anything but electric. I told him to make an appt with his Dr as soon as he can at least save the er cost but he is a member nice enough guy and all but not really a friend or I would have driven his ass to the Dr in a Box . There was no heavy redness around the white blisters so thinking it is surface but still should use have it checked.
