Haha right, my buddy has a 3.4million dollar house in Mercer Island, WA and it's only marginally nicer that what I live in now (worth 450k) but location is everything and AZ is just a dry empty garbage state so everything that should have value is basically worthless.

I often wonder if petite women cost less money to clothe and feed.

My aunt house was cool because there was an abandon mine and a old rail road car that was buried back in the day to be used as a bomb shelter

I bet they're like Chihuahuas, they seem cute and innocent but either way you're spending too much

We bought the house I live in now brand new from the builder in 2005. I think we paid $1.5 Million for it, which is about $1.9 Million today account for inflation. This is on a lot which barely makes up one acre in a subdivision.

That’s for a 5 Bed/4.5 Bath house with about 3,400 square feet if I recall correctly.

There’s a huge housing shortage here. The new houses they’re building are only 3 bed/2 bath and have a non existent backyard and they’re charging close to $2 mil for that. The house on the block behind me was only on the market for two weeks before it was sold for $150k over the asking price.

I hangout with the same girl 3 or 4 times a year, we call it our semi annual date.

Apparently it’s good enough for both of us.
