Things are cloudy and muggy and off and on rainy. One hellva spring we've had Sue. The girls doing okay?

I don't have Tricare, but I do have benefits for life from the company that I retired from. Traditional Blue Cross, prescription, dental, eyecare and hearing. They don't pay all, but any little bit helps.

Same here Ken, been a crazy spring this year. :(
Looked up Tricare, don't you need to be active or retired military to be able to have access to that?

    HI Sue!!!!

:pccoffee:  Hi 60's/wannabes/Susan. Wife and I got hooked on another word puzzle game -- how many words can we make out of 7 letters. Letters change every day, and you get to see how many words you missed the day before. Fun, I think?

Weather is completely wonky here. Forecast said rain for yesterday, so of course we spent the whole morning and half the afternoon working in the sunlit yard. I took a break, then went back out to chop down some !@#$%^ bamboo, and rain started falling -- hard -- out of a sunny sky. Today it rains, stops, gets sunny, rains. Lather rinse repeat. I look at the national radar and see that parts of western PA/MD, and eastern WV, have getting rained on for the last 24 hours or so. Must be pretty soggy there!

I think a lot of the federally funded plans are like that. Medicare is like that; it comes second to my employer-provided plan.

I've been shopping for health plans for a few months. I turned 65 in May, got my Medicare card. But when I retire I'll be completely on my own; no employee plans, no nothing besides Part A. I don't know yet what we'll end up with but I'm certain it's not going to be cheap.

Welcome to the thread! Pull up a chair, or a rocker if you can find an empty one. Cooler's over there, new member fills it. Doesn't much matter what you fill it with -- somebody here will like it.

Now lets see: If you got married at 18, your son or daughter got married at 18, and your grandson/granddaughter got married at 18, and your great grandson is 2, you may not be old enough! o_O  You can't fool us!!!!
Never mind:::::: Welcome to the porch! :D

Whew! Glad all the calls and political ads for now will be over. Mailed in my ballot a few weeks ago, nice not having to drop in the old school house less than a mile away. That was tough walking right up and voting, no waiting. :)

    Morning all:

Nah, it's just nap time! :D

Just got back from the river, lost a small walleye at the boat, caught 1 small striper, and had a heavy fish get under the boat and cut the line. :(
Didn't see what it was, but if it was a walleye it was a good one!

Welcome to the thread and post up a few pics of the Tacoma.

Almost there myself. I turn the Magic Number in August.

Nap time for most of us.

Went to my first concert in over 10 years. A lot has changed in that time.
