What would be original is a winch bumper that doesn't cost nearly as much as full-size plate. If I'm gonna pay 750 plus I'll just save up a couple hundred more and get the real thing.

Does anyone know what winches will fit the Warn Semi-Hidden without any modifications, or with minimal modification?

I've read this whole thread more than once, and have yet to see anyone authoritatively answer this question:

Does this bumper interfere with 2018+ TSS sensor? Yes and No. How's that for authoritative?

I did my install yesterday with a Warn VR10S.

I have the TRD Pro grille, and for me, yes it interfered. It would be fine for a few miles, but on each of four test drives (winch rope wound up, license plate removed, etc.) I would get the "pre-collision disabled" light.

Because I love the bumper so much, there was no way it was coming off. So, with a little inspiration from our Tundra brothers, I successfully relocated my radar sensor to the driver's side of the "A" in the grille. This is the forum thread that got me going: https://www.tundras.com/threads/2018-tundra-tss-successfully-relocated-to-trd-pro-grille.19726/. In our Tacomas, it was a little easier, because I was able to just take the silver square-back nuts and super glue them to the inside of the grille, instead of cutting off legs and JB Welding them into the new location. Once that cured, my sensor screwed right in, and I've put over 100 miles on it today without issue.

Having said that, if you have a grille where the radar mounts behind the Pillsbury Dough Boy signaling a touchdown emblem, it is high enough that you should be good to go. I debated putting that grille back on mine, but I just couldn't drive around like that!

If the Tundra thread isn't self-explanatory enough, I'm happy to answer any questions.

The bumper has a standard 10" x 4.5" bolt pattern, so most any standard size winch should fit. Differences in control pack size and position may affect the ease of installation and modifications required. The only one I can confirm fits like a breeze is my Warn VR10S, which had plenty of room to slide in without any trimming.

Ordered my Warn bumper today! I wasn't planning to but the store had a "No Tax" weekend, so I got it for $926 CAD (at $0.77 exchange now that's $713USD).

I'll be installing it as soon as it comes in along with my SDHQ dual behind the grille LED bar with 32" bars.

Still deciding on a winch though...

Appreciate you posting this up. I've been researching purchasing an RCI off road bumper with the small center hoop, it lands right about the same area and I was concerned it would interfere with the TSS sensor. I have a 2018 TRD Off road model and am going to replace the grill with the Pro. There is a TSS mount plate you have to purchase when you swap this grill. I guess if it interferes in the normal location, I'll move it to the driver's side as you did and hopefully that corrects the issue and the TSS still works as normal. Have you tested the TSS to ensure it still picks up objects in front of the vehicle since you relocated?

No problem. TSS has been working fine since relocating the radar sensor.
