Don't touch anything on the phone. Just hold down power button on the stereo for a couple of seconds.

Stereo will reboot and all will be well. Alternatively, you can make sure wifi is not connected on your phone prior to starting the truck.

Entune support says that this login situation is for your security. When you get in the truck and it has to flip from wifi to the cell towers, Entune sees that as 2 simultaneous login attempts and makes you reenter password.

Mine does it while on WiFi in my garage before I leave every time. It’s a problem with the application not saving your information.

I log in to update every now and then. I use my phone apps over BT for everything else.

That's another way to do it, but I like the convenience of using the apps in the truck.

If you do nothing when it asks you to log in, and reboot phone or stereo, all is well. Takes 2 seconds to reboot stereo so that's what I do.
