    One of the "slave/indentured servant" workers getting rid of the evidence.
    No flies on me. Stood right there in plain view taking pics.

    Normally ,this curtain drain is about 8 feet deep, like the one on my corner. No silt problem ,yep.

    Went on the Town Hall website and sent out a "work request"
    According to my buddy who works for the town, this "request" and my description of what is happening and lack of action, goes to every boss in town including engineering, building and the one in charge of this place. I was able to attach my pics as well.

    I asked if it was normal and OK for a non-town (and non union) person to be working on the storm drain when Public Works should be.

    This is going to get interesting.
    If nothing happens, I'm all done with it.

    I am confused why they did not have a drain sock in front of the city/working drain area.....

    We have had rains BLOW our silt traps to shit and we had the responsibility to clean up everything,even for the officer handling traffic for the Vac-con truck.....digging that by hand just shows an "oh $hit" way of thinking....
