When I was testing my homemade soft shackle on our last wheeling trip, there was a picture of a tree saver, my soft shackle, a steel D ring shackle, and a snatch block. @Subway4X4 said I didnt need the soft shackle because failure point. We were testing the f*ck out of the soft shackle though and that's the only reason it was in the equation. Another pic of a straight line pull, tree saver - soft shackle - winch hook, he said we should have run the soft shackle thru the eye loop of the winch line instead of thru the hook.:rolleyes:

I love my new truck but miss my Tacoma
The A/C compressor setup is not getto that's actually quite cool. I know a guy that had that on his crawler and with his tank he could run air tools! Plus it's a 100% duty cycle!

Be careful about that....I did that a month or 2 ago but, I've been buying parts for a compressor & CB radio + business expenses. Man does it add back onto the credit card fast.:spending: Never realized that doing wiring properly would cost so much :annoyed: I didn't help myself by doing installing the compressor into the bed cubby instead of in the engine bay like most.

My card only has a 200$ limit. It's the first card I had. I've had it for 10yr now. I keep thinking i need to get more credit. But I just need to stick with what I have. As of now I've got about 2k on a personal loan for truck parts and about 5k on my bike yet then I'll be debt free...actually by the time they are paid off I'll probably be paying on something else. Haha

This is part of why most people in the US are fked. The whole credit system is whack and should be done away with.
