Is it the 31580 model? I have an order in "process" with a dealer, but if it falls through I wouldn't mind driving down to take it off your hands.

Are the 2018 grilles released to the public yet? They were being held only for Pro owners a month or 2 ago.

When Toyota gets tired at losing sales to the Chinese knock-off grills. Actually, I think part of the real reason is that a lot of dealers are buying the OEM TRD Pro grills to equip their own non-TRD Pro Tacos with them and sell their own Faux TRD Pro package. I have personally seen a number of 4x2 SR5's in NorCal with the TRD Pro grill, blackout package, TRD Pro Sema wheels in the dealer lot.

I'm thinking they're probably not going to. I imagine it's similar to what they've done in the past with fj trail team wheels. You can't get them easily by design. That's why I bought my pro wheels instead of waiting. I could see them doing the same thing with those.

Probably won’t be. They make more money when people buy the 2016/17 pro grilles for double the price. I got lucky and got an 18 grille by using a 2018 pro vin :D

Just put mine on. A China Pro Grill for a 2018 TRD Sport. I didn’t want or use the OEM Garnish because I didn’t like the look. I can confirm everything works fine. Thanks to @Sixt8kupe for the idea.

I received the one piece grill with the stick on letters.

I decided I didn’t like the look of the seperate garnish for the radar so I cut a piece of the plastic off of the factory license plate holder that came with the truck.
I then glued with a strong adhesive then sealed with silicone.

I then attached the square nuts/brackets that came with OEM Grill into the China Pro Grill.

Then attached the radar sensor with the OEM nuts and screws.

Front of the grill where the sensor sits.

I can confirm that the radar works fine and drove it all afternoon without any issues.

    Not much stock left.
I like it. I wished I’d seen this before I did mine. Much cleaner look. Nice job.

Looking extra sharp and no shiny garnish! I can't take credit for it, I got the idea from somebody on here but don't remember who it was or which thread I saw it in. to the unknown member.

Looks good. I might just get one of these cheap $100 grills too.

I assumed the garnish was something transparent or translucent. I guess I don't understand how radar works... it travels through solid objects like plastic? I have kids in the truck and do like the peace of mind that that the pre-collision systems work, and I definitely enjoy the adaptive cruise control.

It does work through plastic. The TSS stuff works too after just covering it up with plastic. The garnish just seems like a rip off, $50-60 for a piece of plastic that probably cost them .10 cents to make.
