There's a store near me that makes what they call a "black forest" sandwich. It's roast beef, carmelized onions, cheddar cheese, and horseradish sauce all thrown in the oven to crisp the bread and melt the cheese. It's excellent.

Yep, that works for me! I just ordered a roast beef from a local place that does it really well, cheese, horseradish sauce and grilled onions.

I went to a place near my work called Miller Roast Beef last week. Good stuff!

 

That is a terrible way to treat a lobster! Whoever thought of that dumb ass concoction needs to be bitch slapped! Bloody Marys are nasty as is, adding seafood to it just makes them completely intolerable (looking at all you clamato juice drinkers).

Is wasabi truly that spicy? I've tried it once or twice, nothing high quality, but it tasted almost sweet to me......or I've just burned all of my taste buds with my spices

 

When I had it, it was spicy and bitter. Spicy I'm okay with, bitter I'm not. The combination was really bad to me.

 

I don't think its that bad. I have had some thats like what is this bland shit, and other thats has made my eyes water like I am putting out a fire and nose run like its in the marathon.

 

Sounds like I tried some of the first option you mentioned; I'll keep that in mind before I try somethin stupid the time I'm around wasabi

 

i don't remember which was which, but I noticed sometimes its a little "soupy" and others have been kind of dry.

 

I haven't had one in like 2.5 years but now I want one

 

If it was low quality, it very likely wasn't wasabi but some variant of horseradish. Wasabi is very expensive since it only grows in one part of the world. Most sushi places, even decent quality ones, don't have real wasabi.
