Toyota Truck Show June 3rd, 2018 at Koch 33 Toyota

The black 4Runner backed on to the RTI ramp won best of show. That’s fine. It was a nice rig that was modded at least.

 

I call Russian collusion for Best of Tacos award

 

A brand new stock truck one best in class? Oy. Maybe you guys had too many dents and scratches for, you know, using your rigs. At least 2 of the trucks there have wheeled Moab.

 

I'm really hoping it's not going to discouraged people from showing up to future "shows". I didn't enter the "competition", but maybe I should have, I might have had a chance with my Plastiderped grille
I think it was a cool event, got to see and meet people, and my kids had fun. Hope to do it again sooner or later.

I wouldn’t let the class winner discourage anyone from attending next time. It was fun. I know I didn’t go there expecting to win anything.

There was an issue with voting. There was a bar code on a piece of paper on each truck.

I don’t think it worked well. They admitted that it was their first show and they’d work on it for next year.

The winner only had three votes. Joe and I both tried to vote for Greg and it wouldn’t work.

 

Barcodes? So, how was that voting supposed to work? Using a phone or something? I guess it would be helpful to get that info at the gate.... Oh well.
Like you said they admitted to first time event shortcoming, so maybe not all hope is lost. Lol.

 

Had a great time; hanging out with all you Taco munchers, checking out all the cool rigs, wanting to spend more $$$ on truck mods, Meeting new people and best of all being a small part of something larger than me "Cancer Support Community of the Greater Lehigh Valley"

I'd need to 3 link to get away with it and push it all forward. Already had to do this to fit 35's.
