IG used to be nice. Good photos. Now there's too many ads and too many users posting ads and pushing products by being sponsored.

    Annoying most the time.

It's basic trash now, though I do find it funny too see how many fauxverlanding brands pop up and use your images to get follows.

    Pfff.

    yeah right.

Lotta instalanders out there now too.

Yeah that guy is annoying. uses tons of people photos. For watches too..like...really? Watches? Wtf?

I already have a good shrine here. So i'm good. stupid thing is a cluster fuck though. I tip my hat to anyone that ventures in that thread for any info haha

I picked up a roll bar and bumper paint. Its flat black and does the trick. Didn't want to paint them but had a damaged febder ro repair. New one was not the same colour as the rest (black actually). Decided the $150 for a shop to colourmatch was too much. I'm $40 including sand paper and adhesion promoter

I jacked up all four corners and spun the wheel a 1/2 a turn and then set it back down.

Watermarking only keeps the honest people honest, anything you take photograph wise automatically has your copyright on it to a degree...but to "officially" copyright your images means you have to register them with the US Copyright office which costs $. But then if it gets stolen you have a whole lot more legal ground to stand on.

It's been awhile since I looked into it but inherent copyright entitles you to whatever monetary value someone gained off your photo by using it (if you sue and can prove it)...official copyright means you can sue for damages and more.

Of course most of this doesn't apply to IG or Facebook or the like because you sign most of your rights away to anything you post when you agree to use the site.

Does anyone know how thick the material that the oem gas tank is made of? When putting my AAL in today, I accidently scraped some of the protective coating off revealing bare metal right above the seam that joins the two halves. Nothing serious, it's only a scratch. Just wandering how deep it would have to be for it to leak. Can't seem to find the answer anywhere.

haha I did the exact same thing and wondered the same question last night. Was using a pry bar to release the front of the spring from the hangar and it hit the gas tank a few times.

I'm sure it's fine, you'd have to perforate the tank to have a problem.

Well my reason is a bit... ummm different. I wanted to install my AAL's with the leafs on the truck, to do so I needed to disconnect the ABS wires that plug in right near the top of the tank in order to drop the axle enough and not over stretch anything. This also meant taking off the bracket that holds the wires up which is bolted to the seam of the gas tank. Mine was rusty so my dumbass sticks an impact on that bolt and lets it fly. Fly it did not. It twisted around and scraped the tank. After that, I realised it would be best if I removed the leafs from the truck to install the AAL's. Put a little Rustoleum truck bed liner on it and called it fixed. But it left me wandering. I mean this things gotta be thicker than a pop can right?

I don't think they're very thick per-se but as long as you don't see a hole there, you should be fine. I'd imagine if there were a hole in the gas tank you'd throw an emissions related code similar to when the gas cap is left off.
